Hi,
Myself along with many others were messaged to say our email/domain migrations to Greenby would begin on 6th/7th September.
So far nothing, other than a long bout of incredibly heavy spam (now stopped).
Can you issue a general update as to when those notified will be fulfilled or a %age complete to date.
My contract is due to expire in around 3 weeks and was hoping to have some experience of Greenby's service before making a decision on value of renewing with Plusnet or moving email/domain away now.
In that scenario the value proposition of staying with Plusnet changes as will be paying monthly for something Plusnet is covering for 2 years.
I'm sure there are many still waiting patiently for their services to migrate and others like myself growing far less patient in a vacuum of information.
An update after almost a month would be appreciated.

Hi,
Looks like your migration happened within the last hour, you should hopefully have received, or will receive shortly a Welcome Email from Greenby.
Let me know if you've not had anything through.

Thank you,
Yes it looks as if there has been a change - read emails now showing as unread but now won't send any emails (still receives).
Likely down to configuration at the Greenby mailbox side and the client needing authentication amendments.
I've had nothing at all from Greenby to indicate I've been migrated though...can you check to see why that is.
