Your Plusnet email account is not a sound point of reference ...

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I reported this exact issue on here 6 months ago (Problems sending to gmail - Plusnet Community). I don't think anything specific was done and eventually I was able to send to individual gmail addresses again but today the problem has returned. 70 minutes after sending an email I received exactly the same rejection message as @offscotland.
