Undelivered mail

I'm having emails returned with the following message:

"The mail system <(email address)>: host hotmail-com.olc.protection.outlook.com[104.47.73.161] said: 550 5.7.1  Unfortunately, messages from [65.39.211.70] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150). You can also refer your provider to  http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. [MW2NAM04FT030.eop-NAM04.prod.protection.outlook.com] (in reply to MAIL FROM command)"

There was a similiar message for an MSN email address and an Outlook one. I've clicked on the link but can't make any sense of it.

Can anyone help, please?

Re: Undelivered mail

The error says that Microsoft/Outlook/Hotmail are rejecting an incoming SMTP email connection to them from IP address 65.39.211.70

That IP has name "forward2.bravehost.com". Do you use Bravehost as your outgoing SMTP email service? Microsoft are choosing to block one of their SMTP servers. Contact Bravehost and give them those details and they can look into the reputation of the server with MS.
