Unable to send emails from Email Client

I am unable to send any emails from my F9 account on my MacOs Mail account, even though I can receive emails as normal. I have tried from the webmail and cannot access the account to try and send from there. Is Greenby playing up once again?

Now getting 504 Gateway timeout when trying to access the webmail page for my account 😡

Hi @Buggy3360 

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues sending emails and getting a gateway timeout when you're trying to access our webmail page.

There are a couple of things that we can try, which will hopefully help.

Could you try accessing your webmail using a different browser please?

If you have another device that you can use to access your webmail, could you try using that.

Please keep me updated on how you get on.
