Unable to log into webmail today

Unable to log into webmail today on either laptop or phone.  Get error "log in failed"  Is this related to mail migration?

Is this still happening today, and if so, are you seeing the same error?

Have you received confirmation that your account has been transferred to Greenby?

Hi Linzi,

To be correct I am not having any issues and have not yet been migrated. But its happening to my wife's account on the same email domain. It is still the same error.

She got a email on 2nd Oct 2025 regarding the migration and to check that her mail settings  set as follows (there were already)

inbound email server - imap.plus.net

outbound email server - relayplus.net

She has heard nothing further about the migration from either plusnet or Greenby. Snice then she has had sporadic issues with her emails and now she can't log in. Same error.
