Do you have the mail option included in your package?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

What mail option?
In the help sections it says that mail can be set up after ordering, and gives the link to do so. It is that link that is screwed

I got the same as this when i first signed up but was still using my old isp internet connection. However, as soon as I tried when my new plusnet connection was installed it then worked fine. So I am guessing it could be possible it will only work through plusnet connection. That's the way it would seem anyway.
