Thanks Townman.  In my case, I was connected over the mobile network, as my home internet connection was temporarily out of order.  So the IP address that my home router connected via would have been irrelevant.

 

I think the relevant IP address would have been in my local mobile mast/exchange?  Given coronavirus, i don't think I left home for several days, so the mobile connection to it was probably active throughout.

The IP address which is relevant is that provided by the connecting ISP - Plusnet if connecting over your home connection or your mobile company if connecting over 3/4G

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
