So what's up with email? I can't send email. I can't receive email. The servers don't respond to pings. I've been hanging on the phone for 17 minutes now. The 'Help Assistant' says 'we're averaging a response time of 33 hours 57 minutes 50 seconds'. Gah!
Well, I've been hanging on the phone for over half-an-hour now, listening to the godawful muzak screaming out at max vol. Still nothing on the status page. i've got better things to do
