Re: Setting up an email account

@bmc But - and this is  confirmed - it is certainly not imminent, and there will be plenty of warning before it happens.

Re: Setting up an email account

@jab1

That is most certainly correct. The speculation about the end of email from CS agents is exactly that - speculation. If there is to be a change in email policy for existing users, that will be communicated to those users FIRST.

There should be a formal post that effect appearing soon. If I were on a “desk top” I’d post the formal position as shared with the SUs this week after we sought clarity over the various confusing messages reported to have been articulated by CS.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Cheers @Townman  - just wish people would stop posting speculation as fact, though.😀

Re: Setting up an email account

@Townman I'm on a desktop so will post it for you :-

"There has been some speculation about the future of the Plusnet email service on some community threads recently. We have not announced any changes. If any changes are made, Plusnet email customers will be the first to know, along with our contact centre advisors."

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
