@WNL Plusnet use the Cloudmark anti spam system. You might try submitting a request to reset the statistics for your non plusnet public ip https://csi.cloudmark.com/en/reset/

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@MisterW, I assumed the IP address in question belonged to the provider as when I did an online search for that number their name came up.

It does but you still might be able to request that the statistics are reset. If cloud,mark wont accept the request from yourself , then see if your provider will make the request
