By accident I pressed something and my trash emptied which I need back as there is an email from Sainsbury’s that I need. Please can you restore this for me?
@Newforum I suspect that now you have emptied the 'trash' there is no chance of Plusnet recovering your email. Once you hit that button, it is deleted/gone/kaput.
