Quarantined emails

Received a "Alert: An email addressed to you has been quarantined" message this morning, not the first time, but this time I'm 99% sure it's genuine as it is from RAC who I had just registered an account with minutes before.

I've tried replying to the email to get it released, but cannot reply to the message as I get the following when trying to send it.

"An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded:  qWDolvKQrHBkXqWDplXh2e message rejected due to spam or virus."

 

It appears that the PlusNet servers won't let me reply to the message as they say it contains spam or a virus when it only contains the message PlusNet sent to me.

Any way to get the email released? as I say I'm pretty sure it is genuine.
