...But:
Domain Reputation Checker | Check Domain Blacklist Status | Truelist
"Domain Reputation Report for enmail.co
85
Grade: A
Overall Reputation Score
Email Authentication
Score: 40/40
SPF record configured
DMARC record configured
Complete email authentication setup
Infrastructure
Score: 20/25
1 MX record(s) configured"
One of them must be wrong. Either Gmail is wrong or Domain Reputation Checker is wrong (about enmail.com)

I would therefore guess the spf record configured for your username plus.com domain doesnt refer to enmail server?
As far as i am aware relay.plus.net is still the correct outgoing server for all plus.com email even when migrated.

i.e. 'My' Plusnet email account domain/subdomain is here reported with a higher reputation (curiously the same as greenby.com) than Plusnet's own domain!
Though, how is it possible for Plusnet email to have operated seemingly successfully for years if it did not have a correctly configured email domain? Has something been changed? Is any of this valid? What is actually the case?
I do wish someone who really knew about all this would have a look or comment.

I have an unfortunate theory about email delivery failures from Plusnet/Greenby email accounts. Could the local experts on such matters have a quick look and (hopefully) dismiss it all as "nonsense!".
(I was going to post it before but results above seemed incompatible with the idea...)
It's over the question of 'What is an email domain?'
If a lot of users have a email accounts with 'MailUs.com', then their email addresses are usually of the form:
USR1@mailus.com
USR2@mailus.com
USR3@mailus.com
USR4@mailus.com
But what if their MailUs email addresses were instead like this:
USR1.Name@usr1.mailus.com
USR2.Name@usr2.mailus.com
USR3.Name@usr3.mailus.com
USR4.Name@usr4.mailus.com
In the former case all emails would originate from a single email domain. A single email domain with a presumably correctly configured SPF, DMARC, DKIM etc. In the second case would there not be as many email domains as email users? These 'email domains' would likely not have any individual SPF, DMARC, DKIM settings.

What i suspect based on your lookups is that spf records are only defined for each subdomain i.e. userid hence why when you check you own userid plus.com it says spf record configured
In terms of enmail.co whilst tool comes back as saying it has spf record this doesnt necessarily mean its valid for
Plus.com email addresses. I.e. both gmail and tool can be right.
Have you tried reverting to relay.plus.net as outgoing server and sending to gmail?

The SPF & DMARC & DKIM relate to the DNS records for email address.
Plusnet hosted SMTP : relay.plus.com has become a nightmare for us of triggering false spam rejections before transmission leading to password changes. But it remains the only SMTP that sends DKIM signatures, SPF & DMARC both Pass too.
The Greenby SMTP server and there are several to pick from need to be chosen with care to avoid Credential rejection or to avoid Certificate errors. None of the Greenby SMTP appear to have enabled DKIM Signatures yet, this could be an issues with Gmail & iCloud,

The two emails that I sent yesterday evening to two different gmail addresses were both received successfully by the recipients. So for me at least, it seems that Greenby has finally solved the problem.
For info if it helps, my outgoing SMTP server is set up as mail.enmail.co

I am only using the Greenby webmail client and don't use my own email client software, so cannot change the SMTP mailer being used. I did wonder myself if using a Greenby email domain host to send emails with a Plusnet based email domain name could be behind the issue, but surely this would have been taken into account in setting up the new system?
I may look into all this stuff a bit more later on - not that I necessarily understand it very well!
I can't understand why, if there is a known cause, it has not simply been sorted out by now - unless it isn't simple.

Snap!
My repeat test mail has been delivered at Gmail - confirmed by Delivery Receipt. Interesting to look at the headers for the receipt email:
X-Spamd-Result: default: False [1.30 / 8.00];
DMARC_POLICY_QUARANTINE(1.50)[enmail.co : No valid SPF, No valid DKIM,quarantine];
R_SPF_NA(0.00)[no SPF record];

Why interesting ? What can we learn from that small clip of the email header ?
