Problems Logging in to Email

Hi sorry to trouble you but I have encountered similar problems regarding my Webmail from Plusnet - whilst the ic24.net email seems to work the other legacy emails from madasafish and ic24.net don’t - that said all still work through a mail application (like outlook) - it seems to be the webmail side where the issue is. I gather that Plusnet are migrating the webmail support to a new provider
Is there a work around/fix whilst the new webmail provider fully transitions?

There does appear to be webmail performance issues with Forec9 but not Plusnet or Free-Online services.

This is not as clear cut as webmail being moved to a new provider.  The whole email platform is being migrated, in phases.  The webmail front end has moved, but other parts of the technology stack currently remains with Plusnet for some brands, others have moved in whole.

Which brands do you have issues with?

The ********@ic24.net email seems to work on webmail -- but the sub accounts (x2) linked to this primary account (sub accounts *********@ageltd.co.uk) don't work on webmail - all still work fine in Outlook

Can you please clarify “does not work” for the secondary mailboxes please.  Are there any error codes?

F9 webmail is currently working....

My issue is with webmail for legacy emails from ic24.net and madasafish - the prime ….ic24.net still works but the sub emails …..@ageltd.co.uk (x2) do not work on webmail but all work thru a mail software like Outlook - hope this helps
