Hi, I was struggling to setup my email in Vista's Windows Mail program. I read up on the instructions as per plusnet's setup guide. All seemed ok but for some reason I was not recieving any emails into the windows mail program, but on checking the webmail portal they were found to be on there. I checked several times all settings as suggested but still the same. I went back into the Windows Mail Account - Tools -Accounts-Properties-General Tab, and noticed that under the user info at the bottom is a check box that say's Include this account when recieving mail or syncronizing I put a tick in this and hey presto my emails are now coming through ok. If i have missed this info in your setup guide for Vista's Email, my apologies. But I could not see this and hence struggled to get it sorted. Can some one check this and amend if necessary to help others should the have a problem like I did.
