Problem adding a new Alias

I've been adding aliases on Plusnet, as and when needed for over 17 yrs, however recently every time I try to add a new alias NFL-SB or NFLSB it tells me:

"Invalid name, please read the instructions below 

The alias name must be 1-45 characters long. This can be made up of letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), dots, underscores and hyphens."

At first I thought maybe there's a limit on the number of aliases per mailbox so I deleted 2 aliases from the mailbox I wanted to add the new one to and tried adding the new one again. Same error msg.

Adding this problem to the increasing number of system errors I've been having with my Plusnet acct since 2018. 😠  Now you can't even raise a Ticket online or view old ones. Madness!

@stocc you cant use upper case in aliases or mailbox names

Thanks @MisterW !!  That worked!   I'm obviously having a senior moment.... 🙄
