Thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear that you're also having this issue. Can I ask, are you experiencing this issue while connected to other internet providers / 4G connections, as opposed to your service with ourselves?

No, this happens when I try and send emails over my plusnet broandband service using the relay.plus.net SMTP server.

Happens to all emails I send through the relay.plus.net  SMTP server.
