Yes it shows my email. Address is given as myinitials@username.plus.com. I do not see it shown as postmaster@username.plus.com. However as mentioned emails from Plusnet to the postmaster@ address were always delivered prior to migration..

Does the mailbox that includes myinitials@username.plus.com have the catch-all option selected?
This can be seen from greenby.com, manage email, settings.
If no mailbox is defined, then I would have thought you would need to define an alias for postmaster@ to have it delivered.

From posts way, way, back I thought that part of the migration process involved the postmaster@[accountName].plus.com address being converted into one called [accountName]@accountName].plus.com.
Perhaps @Townman or @MisterW or @plusnettony can confirm / correct my recollection / understanding?

Hello @mavison Thanks for trying to help. I don't think I have a manage email settings facility active on my Greenby dashboard. Just the 3 dots at far right which only has basics. I told Greenby soon after migration - they gave an explanation which my limited email protocol knowledge failed to register - and said they would look into it. Nothing since. If I'm right the manage emails facility is where spam settings can also be changed - that doesn't appear on any of my 3 metronet/plusnet email ;addresses dashboards.

Your recollection is entirely correct, @stuck .

With all due respect @Leanne_T you could if greenby.com wasn't down (again)
This site can’t be reached
greenby.com’s server IP address could not be found.

Just sent in two emails to my Plusnet email address at Greenby from outside.
1. To postmaster@<pn account name>.plus.com
2. To <email name>@<pn account name>.plus.com
Both arrived promptly in my Greenby email account.

Out of interest.
Would a curve balll be thrown into the migration if
(a) [accountName]@accountName].plus.com already existed
There could be occasions where both postmaster@ and accountname@ were redirected to a blackhole.

Have I been hacked, deactivated or what?
No mail since 15:08 today when this show-stopper landed

Examination of junk box in Greenby's website reveals TWO long LONG sequences statrtiung like this:

ARE BT SANE ASKING US TO CHANGE TO A SUPPLIER LIKE THIS
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER (AS DON LIKES TO SAY)
(Oh and by the way do I get me email back - including those not received this afternoon - or do I give up the ghost and go to Gmail and/or Yahoo Mail?)
Images rejected and attachment removed from a public forum as they contain personal information (to an area that staff can see).

Have you checked with the recipients that you either, deliberately or accidentally, have not been blacklisted?
If you move to Hotmail or Outlook as I have, they have a much more robust anti-spam policy. But it is relatively easy to tailor this to suit you.

If I hover over my email (as return on Thunderbird) I get Social Security Administration <david@scriabin.force9.net>
the final part being my actual force9 email address as used for 32 years.
At the end of the returned email in the Greenby junk folder you have this

So how do I come to be Social Swcurity Administration (in the USA it seems)?
I Have been a Force9 customer for since 1994. Use the same email address.
I have multiple disabilities PlusNet have me as "vulnerable" though Greenby don't even seem to have such a system.
What do I do now with no email - apparently because Greenby think I am the US Social Security department?
Who ya gonna call?

Try posing the question to the Greenby bot. Would be interesting to see what it says.
