@tobiz have you had an email from us about the move to Greenby? You should've received one a few weeks back and there should've been a second sent either last week or possible this week to follow up on it.
Metronet email addresses are included in the scope to move to Greenby and everyone should've received at least one email from us about.
Just to note we're just working through the details of what to put on the Greenby website for Metronet customers, currently favouring adding it as an extra option in the dropdown but we'll do a bit of visual testing to test which is the best format.
The settings can stay the same using mail.metronet.co.uk and smtp.metronet.co.uk, you would also have the option of swapping to mail.plus.net and relay.plus.net to take advantage of STARTTLS if you want.

@dave I'm a Metronet user and I am still to receive a Greenby email. How do I go about making sure I get one?

@jamroom The emails on this subject (transfer to Greenby) will come from Plusnet until you have actually been transferred.

In case it's any help to the Plusnet Help Team here is the complete list of notifications I've received from Plusnet about Greenby.
I have 2 metronet email addresses. I received an email to each address from Plusnet in April about the migration with a date for the start of transfer given as 19 May. I received a further email in June to each address giving the transfer start as 30 June. I have 1 plusnet email address and have received nothing at all to that address regarding the Greenby migration. Since 1st July there have been no emails received from Plusnet about Greenby to any of my email addresses.
Clarifying the Greenby website by making Metronet visible is a very good idea - thank you.

I find that strange - AFAIK, the Metronet brand was one of the first scheduled to be transferred, although I am of the understanding that the operation has been paused. Do you monitor your default mailbox?

Hi John - whilst it is entirely possible that I thought it was spam, if it was so long ago, there's been nothing since June. It would help if there was someone to contact directly on the matter, but since accounts are to be transferred unless requested otherwise, I'm sure I'll hear from them again.
Ta, Rod

@jamroom according to my data we sent you an email on 15th April, I think around 2pm. There is a followup coming out too at the moment, they started last last week and will continue through this week and next week as we're spreading them out, you should get one of those too, not sure where you are in the send so it could be a week or more before it arrives but if you don't get anything please post back and we can check.

@dave Many thanks. I probably assumed the first email was spam. Will keep an eye open for another. Might miss it for a while due to impending surgery 🙂

I, too, haven't heard anything from Plusnet or Greenby since 14-05-25.
I have just attempted to view Greenby website to see if any update there and/or option to log-in as per an above post and get the following (attached screenshot) warning about Greenby's certificate having expired.
Is this something Plusnet are aware of and should I be concerned?
Thank you
