My email has not yet been transferred to Greenby, however I have been unable to send any emails from plusnet for at least two weeks. I am unable to send emails from webmail too. Emails show in the "sent items" when sending from webmail however are not received by the recipient (I have tried multiple recipient email addresses).
I can still receive messages in both my email client and webmail.
I originally thought this may have been a problem with the settings in my email client, however as nothing is sending from the plusnet webmail portal I wonder if something else is wrong in general. Does anyone know who I can reach out to or how to fix the issue?
