Plusnet Emails Not Sending From Client or Webmail

My email has not yet been transferred to Greenby, however I have been unable to send any emails from plusnet for at least two weeks. I am unable to send emails from webmail too. Emails show in the "sent items" when sending from webmail however are not received by the recipient (I have tried multiple recipient email addresses).
I can still receive messages in both my email client and webmail.
I originally thought this may have been a problem with the settings in my email client, however as nothing is sending from the plusnet webmail portal I wonder if something else is wrong in general. Does anyone know who I can reach out to or how to fix the issue?

Unable to send or sent but not received? These are very different issues.
Being unable to send will give clear error messages when attempting to send and the email would not usually be placed in the sent items folder.
Sent but not received needs to consider the addressee service - some are notorious at not accepting email delivery for no clear reasons.
What address are you sending from - your @account.plus.com address or a hosted domain name?
Can you send to yourself and receive successfully? If yes, that rules out email client issues and largely speaking the sending of email as being the issue. That leaves the problem in the court of the recipient services.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

That is an interesting linkl! I tried it from my migrated Force9 address, and it said "I see you haven't included a DKIM signature. Therefore, I am unable to authenticate the email and determine if the message was altered during transit. The Auth Result is none."
Should Greenby supply a DKIM signature?
