Opt out of transfer to Greenby

As I do not use Plusnet email but do receive email notifications from Plusnet such as billing etc.
I have my gmail email address registered in my account details and receive notifications to both address's

If I opt out I assume my notifications from Plusnet will just be sent to my gmail address?

Plusnet communications are sent to the contact email address as specified in the user portal.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
