Opt-out link for email migration not working

I have received the migration email and don’t use my Plusnet email so clicked on the opt-out link, which just takes me to an FAQ page. How do I actually opt-out of the migration to Greensby?

I'm not convinced that the Plusnet to Greenby opt out process actually works !

When I attempted to opt out, I got directed to the page below, which I then correctly completed.

When I pressed <Submit>, the "You have now opted out" acknowledgement page shown below appeared,

however the confirmation email never arrived.

A full six months later, I received an email telling me that my services had successfully been transferred to Greenby.

As I didn't want the webspace or the email from Greenby, I logged in to their portal and cancelled the services -

So if I were you, don't worry about the opt out not working, and just cancel the service later.

I’m having the same issue. Just received the same issue today and the opt out link doesn’t work. I didn’t even realise I had a Plusnet email! I don’t want my data transferred to a third party I’ve never heard of, especially having seen all the complaints on this forum!

IMO, you shouldn't believe everything you read on this forum. 😎
