Not heard from Greenby - but not receiving emails to 2 of my addresses since 19th Dec

I've heard nothing from Greenby - but since 19th Dec I'm receiving no emails addressed to me at
<redacted>@<redacted>.co.uk (domain hosted by Plusnet)
or
<redacted>@<redacted>.plus.com
Please help!
These addresses are used by friends and family re arrangements for forthcoming days!

AFAIK. No accounts with hosted domains have been migrated to Greenby yet.

Is it just redirects to gmail addresses that don't work ?
I've just tested a redirect to my own domain email and it works fine

They do, but weekend forum staff cover is often a bit patchy

I just tried a redirect to my personal domain and it was redirected. But the CC to a Gmail was not.

Are you using a third-party email client for your emails? If you sign into webmail.plus.net does it display any errors?

Ah! , that sounds like gmail are playing silly 'b's again. Some time ago they started insisting on both SPF & DKIM authentication for received email. I thought the situation had been resolved but maybe the rules have changed again.
The problem with redirects is that SPF will almost certainly fail.

I would assume SPF was the same on both routings.
No, it isnt. The SPF record for a domain defines those servers authorised to send mail for that domain.
So if I send an email from say fred@mydomain.co.uk from my mail providers server, the receiver looks up the SPF record for mydomain.co.uk and see that my mail providers server is in the authorised list.
When the email is subject to redirection, it no longer comes from my mail providers server, instead it comes from the plusnet mail server. The SPF record doesnt include the plusnet servers and so any SPF check fails.
Now both SPF & DKIM are non-mandatory specifications but the likes of Microsoft & google have unilaterally decided that some mail to their systems MUST implement both.
Here's an extract from the headers for a test email from my external domain, redirected via plusnet
Authentication-Results: mailhub-hex-d.mythic-beasts.com; spf=softfail smtp.mailfrom=xxxxx.uk; dkim=pass header.d=xxxxx.uk header.s=mythic-beasts-k1 header.a=rsa-sha256
As you can see, spf reports a failure. Since the original message is DKIM signed, that is still valid.
If I send an email to both my redirect and CC direct to a Gmail address, the latter is delivered.
Is your outgoing mail DKIM signed ?

I use gmail - and having been receiving messages to the email addresses I tried to share above - both plusnet related - for many years with no problems.
I logged into plusnet webmail - all that shows up is a bunch of about 20 messages from October 2025.

If you try sending to your plusnet email from an external address, do you get any error or bounce message ?

I sent test messages from
gmail to domain name email address
and
gmail to .plus.com address
both marked as sent - but did not arrive in 'all mail' box
Bemused....
