For over a month I have had no emails in 'Mail' during weekday daytime hours. I have raised tickets with Madasafish, but now I have had no replies for 2 days! I can access them through Webmail, but it is clunky to use and I prefer Mail. I have also tried Sea Monkey and still the server will not recognise my port 110 during the day. Does anybody have an ideas or experience of this?
Not a reply, just extra info. I've just read some other posts and somebody has suggested I put the ticket number on in the hope I may get a reply on the Forum since the 'Ticket' department is on holiday Ticket ID: 37305480
