Hi. My incoming emails on @totalise.co.uk (madasafish) have stopped for nearly two days. I can send emails but the inbox on my webmail is empty. None of the emails reach my box. The same thing happened a few weeks ago, and after trying the call centre a few times, someone found a disabled component on the system, activated it, and the emails started coming in within a few seconds. I've tried the helpline twice this time but they can't seem to find the fix. Can anyone help work out what's going on and how to fix it so that I can ask the helpline to sort it out.
Really tricky without emails coming in especially with the shut down and so much dependent on email now.
