No emails since lunchtime?

I've received no emails since lunch time (very unusual) and can't send any either, says '550 error - domain has no delivery address' when I try web mail, and no luck with tablet or phone either.

@Mayfly It's not just you - I get an error when trying to download mail, too.😒

Hi @Mayfly From what I can see your domain has expired last month. Sad We’ll need to raise this to our NetOps team to renew tomorrow. 

@jab1 Is this through a domain name? Do you also get any particular error message?

@Gandalf  No - this is  direct through Thunderbird and I get this message:

@Gandalf Edit - I actually get my mail through MailWasher and then download TO Thunderbird. Having closed MW and then re-opened it, I now get a message that the server is not responding - it is a while since I've seen this, but the last time it happened, the PN mailservers had 'fallen over'.

@Gandalf lets be polite and say thats inconveinent!.

 

Just decided to ring tech support to get this on the radar. Rang at 7.30 holding for 10mins and get cut off.....Ring back now a 20min wait. 

 

Really PN phone support not improved then.

First call dropped out 9m 56,  2nd call dropped out 9m 58s. ..grrrrrrrr!

Apologies for the issues you've had calling us, I've actually just been in the middle of raising this to our NetOps team. It's raised now and we'll get the domain renewed as soon as we can, which should be today however to set expectations the official lead time is up to 3 working days. 

Once we've renewed your domain, I'd recommend making a note of the expiry date as a reminder and let us know before it expires next year and we'll be happy to renew it again for you so you don't experience any downtime.

 

@jab1 thanks for the additional information. Are you still having issues today?
