New look Microsoft Outlook

Hi as anybody managed to get their IMAP4 mailbox working on the new look that Microsoft keeps trying to push on me. I admit the ability to have my diary in a window is great but this only works on my Office 365 for company email and my Outlook.com account where I have 365 enabled.

It's just stuck in the Loading... message.

Usually when this happens, there is some corruption in Outlook's local files.

Under windows, you'd start Outlook in safe mode as follows...

outlook.exe /safe

Other than that, try running Office365 repair options.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
