I really hope someone can help with my non understanding of tech issues relating to email migration. Firstly, I have a yahoo email account and had no idea that I had a Plusnet one. At any rate it’s not been used. Greenby sent me an email today about this migration and say if I log in to them with my Plusnet info I can close the account. My question is: If I do this as I do not want to be with Greenby, will this affect my broadband account I have with Plusnet? Im afraid of putting a kibosh on the broadband service Im happy with. Thanks.
