I was previously a Freenetname/Madasafish user. I posted a question last October asking when my account will be migrated to Greenby, as I want to opt out and delete my email/domain prior to this happening. Both are now obsolete. I was told it would be in the later stages of the programme.
Six months later I have still heard nothing so today tried logging into Greenby’s webmail with my old Freenetname/Plusnet details. I see my email account has already been set up! I have not received an email notifying me of this or been given an opt out option. Is there any way I can delete everything manually?

At the moment it is possible to login to email accounts via both the Plusnet webmail and by the Greenby webmail,
this does not imply the accounts have or have not migrated.
The Freenetname / Madasafish mail servers are still both hosted by Plusnet, IPs are 212.159.xxx.xxx,
this is the big clue the accounts are not migrated. Greenby mail servers begin 91.xxxx.xxx.xxx
I used to manage my Plusnet email via : https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login this is part of the Plusnet Members Centre
Once migrated, the www.greenby.com portal accepts the same credentials as the Plusnet Members Centre

I cannot log in using the PN link you provided, as my credentials are not recognised. As far as I can see it is only accessible if you have a broadband account.
Do you have any idea how long it will be before all email accounts/domains have been transferred to Greenby, so I know how long to wait before following up again?

There is no published plan for the email migration to Greenby.
If you are an email only customer and want to close the email accounts try the telephone support team.
The Plusnet email management link works fine for me, we closed our Plusnet ADSL a/c in Jan 2018.
