Mail to outlook.com address not being delivered.

I just noticed that this month's notification of account billing was only delivered to my postmaster@plusnetxxxxx address but not to the email which is registered for my account which is xxxxxx@outlook.com
My outlook.com email is sending and I'm receiving normally for all my other email.
A test I sent from my @plusnet account to my outlook.com address failed to be delivered.
I can see that there are problems in respect of hotmail. Is anything being done t correct this?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

It's a slightly different scenario. When I send a test message in Outlook from my plusnet account to my outlook.com account, the message is saved into the 'sent' folder as normal which should mean that everything is working correctly. I don't get a bounced notification and the message doesn't show up in my outlook.com mailbox.
T.B.H. it's not really a problem for me as I've registered my outlook.com address with all my contacts and accounts that matter but it is a worry that the failed delivery is not being notified.

If you have been migrated to Greenby did you check your junk folder in the Greenby website for the failed delivery messages?

I have been migrated. I use Outlook (from MS Office 2021 Pro). My understanding was that after migration, my account would continue to function as it always has for the next 2 years. I haven't changed anything.
There's nothing in my 'junk folder' for the account.
Just to be clear, are you suggesting that I should be using webmail and not Outlook perhaps?

It pays to check the junk folder in the Greenby webmail. After 2-3 months of my classic Outlook emails being rejected by iCloud.com I thought I finally got through last week when I did not receive any failed delivery notifications. When I checked my Greenby webmail junk folder the notifications were all there.

@redsox9 Thanks for your replies, it was a good guess. The bounce messages generated by my attempts to send test messages were in the "Spam" folder when I checked using webmail although there wasn't one for the message from Plus Net about my monthly account DD.
I don't know now whether I have missed something in the information that was sent out about the move to Greenby, was I wrong to think that things would continue just as they were before for the first two years? Were we told that users should be using webmail once changed over?

The assertion that things would continue as before appears to have been a myth. That's why some are moving to Mythic Beasts even if they have to pay.

Why is it my junk folder is full of well known accounts, while Greenby are sending spam to my email inbox. When they promise to charge in a couple of years I shall have left them
