Hi, my old care4free account went to madasafish went to plusnet and now it may (or may not) have migrated to Greenby. I have received absolutely no notification of this, just picked it up on this forum. I can still send from my care4free account, but it is not receiving emails. I'm in a bit of a fix as I'm trying to receive verification emails for something urgent. Any ideas on what to do? Thank you!

MAAF has not migrated to Greenby and will not do so for a while. These mail accounts only have 250MB of storage ... I would suspect a full mailbox. Remember, inbox, sent and deleted items all count to the 250MB limit.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
