I know there's an ongoing problem with emails but I have managed to set up my MacMail on my Macbook air for my plusnet emails, and they are now working fine. However the madasafish email address which I have had for may years will not connect on my Mac Mail. It's fine on my android mobile but the Mac just won't accept it, and I rarely use my mobile as we get no reception here.
So how do I set a madasafish email up on my MacBook Air? At the moment I just get 'unable to verify account name or password'. I can send emails from the Mac but I'm not receiving them.
