Hello. My PN service went live a few days ago. Phone and internet work fine. I've set up a POP email account that will send emails but not receive them. At the moment I can still send and receive email from my Virgin accounts that are still (for the time being) active. My OS is 10.9.5 Mavericks, Mail is v.7.3. I would be grateful for any assistance, I rang PN tech support and was told that their advisors are not trained on Mac OS. Thanks.
