We have our own domain previously hosted by MAAF. My account is ok but husband has not received any emails to his since 25 June 2026 which is quite unusual.
Can anyone advise why this might be & what we can do to sort it out please?

Generally, when this question comes up, it's because the mailbox is full. You get 250Mb with MAAF accounts, so worth checking it's below that.
