Legacy email (Madasafish/Totalise)

Does anyone know how to change the password on an email account that was ported into Plusnet from madasafish?

You’d use the forgot password tool here:  https://secure.madasafish.com/forgotpassword/ but have you been migrated to Greenby yet?

Thanks, I managed to find the madasafish account centre (I've not had to use that for a number of years!).

No I've not been migrated yet, but there is a notice on the webmail login to say that migration is in progress.
