Every since I was migrated to Greenby and paid their subscription I have notices some issues which seem to be getting worse.
I know I am in the arc but I still use POP3 which is best for the way I need my data. I collect mail from numerous different email addresses I have had over the years and some from my own domain with another provider.
When I collect mail there is always this delay on the Greeby managed email.
I tolerated this albeit that I think it is a sign of inadequate infrastructure.
However, what is concerning me now is mail simply not being delivered in a reasonable timeframe.
This is particularly important when many sites now have two factor authentication and Greeby does not deliver the email within the time limit of the TFA email.
If I keep making request at the 3rd party website then they will lock my account suspecting hackers.
Does anyone else have this problem with Greenby?
I did raise a ticket with them which was not responded to on the same day and when they did respond they just acted as if they solved the problem and closed the ticket.
Yet here we are again.
I also sent myself an email from an online email service with a CC to my own domain, that message was sent at 11:44, I had no problem receiving it on my own domain but here we are 20 minutes later and that email has not arrived from greenby.
Did Plusnet/BT have some sort of Service Level Agreement or should I be going to Greeby to enforce under Consumer Rights Act 2015.
It is a small amount of money in the scheme of things and my goal now is to wean myself off every greenby managed email, but part of that is that I need to change email address and of course they want to send an email to the old plus net email address managed by Greenby.
I do not have much hair left to pull out!

Using POP3 via Greenby hosted mail.plus.net I am not seeing slow delivery.
Which POP3 email server are you using ?

If you are still a PN customer of broadband, the transfer to Greenby is FOC for two year's as I understand it. If you are, why are you paying 'their subscription ' ?

I have got to the cause of the problem, the spam settings seem to have been set way to high, the care quality commission, Money Saving Expert, Lebara mobile, Waitrose and a plethora of other legit organisations all sent to spam.
Now I am struggling to find Spam settings in Greenby web portal is how to turn OFF the junk mail filter?
The AI gave instructions but there is no setting that it refers to.
When you try to tell it so, it just repeats the bad answer

The Spam filter is a bit of a liability for POP3, as you can see it will divert email to the spam/junk folder of the mail server and the POP3 client will then not be able to collect. We have turned ithe Anti Spam OFF and deal with spam in MS Outlook rules.
For our emails which are in the format : <name>@<account>.plus.net
www.greenby.com > Recent products email > MANAGE > SETTINGS > Anti Spam : OFF
