I was on with my email this morning, first thing, but now I'm getting a message -
PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR
and can't get in
I'm getting majorly teed off with this p;rovider. Bring back Plusnet email which wasn't perfect but a lot more perfect that this lot!!
Don't they know people NEED THEIR EMAIL ACCESS - 24/7?

Well that kinda depends on when the A/C was migrated and which brand doesn't it ?
For instance, my ex-F9 SMTP is being provided by Greenby but my ex-PN A/C SMTP is still being provided by PN. Authentication is therefore difficult at best and bordering on impossible at worst now due to changes made at Greenby not being known about at PN ![]()
Oh yeah ... and just for added inconvenience ... all webspace (including PN-hosted webspace) is also completely titsup and has been for ages as well.
... but quite often appears to feature more clowns
#PlusnetPerks: Free 2 Year Supply Of Greenby Canine Food Product
NB: Alleged 'perks' are supplied 'free' and are therefore not included as part of your 'valued customer' subscription package meaning that they can be discontinued at any time without notice

Yes it's down for me also. Migrated to Greenby several weeks ago and has been working fine. Outlook reports "encryption not supported error". On the Greenby site all my mailboxes are missing on the list, I can't see any email whatsoever. On the direct Greenby webmail login I am getting "Secure connection error" on my browser.

Greenby has cost me many, many hours of frustration, thinking there was a fault at my end. Now the useless bunch is up the swan again, not allowing incoming emails but significantly, not allowing webmail access, either. It doesn't list my two active emails. Sadly, PlusNet has screwed us all by moving us to this useless provider of problems.
