Nothing showing since yesterday in either Thunderbird, K-9 Mail on phone or the Webmail portal, despite test sends. No errors indicated. Not yet migrated to Greenby.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I have 2 plusnet email accounts. One stopped working a few days ago, nothing in or out. not a peep out of greenby who are ****
the logins etc worked fine but no mail in or out even test mails from various accounts...long, long, long ordeal dealing with greenby and they never even answered.
It transpires the free period was suddenly over and I had to pay £15 to carry on both accounts which I did today via the greenby login
it then shows this nonsense (see pic) which allows you to pay the £15 per account and get things back to normal and now all is good again. The greenby date system is also ass about face so 04/09 should be 09/04...so no notice they simply blocked one of my accounts (no doubt the other would be next) and no hint as to what to do, no emails nothing so its a miracle I found this and got it sorted. It needs passing on cos nothing with greenby is logical . Good luck

This was it. I decided to access my default email address (which is one I never use, just email boxes for the family) and that is where the Greenby welcome email was. Paid my £15 and emails restarted I think I may have lost a days worth as they haven't filtered through yet.

FYI, @Stuart22 (and anyone else), that - the default mailbox - is where communications from Greenby will be found by default.

Well certainly for the final email after migration, all the previous ones were sent to every mailbox. That's what caught me out.

This happened to me as well, I thought I had one year free, then an annual cost, but after 1 month it just stopped.
My issue that Plusnet support helpfully resolved was that I could not log in to Greenby and make a payment.
This may have been a local issue, but it failed on two laptops and using two different browsers, but each time it did not recognise my account or password. The solution was to use a private browser session and I could then log in.
Ican't imagine it was a cache or cookie issue as this was a first time attempt to log in to my Greenby account.
In my case, all emails during the 'unpaid' time were just lost, well have not turned up yet after 3 days.

AND so it goes
this morning back to square one. I cant login pop3 or webmail. My other account is fine. I think we really need to take this as a warning about greenby and move on whilst we can still salvage something. Never in my long life have I ever known such gross negligence/incompetence when changing providers for whatever reason.
Now I am 2x£15 lighter and still going nowhere. sigh
PS: Note during this saga that is greenby the lost mails are gone for good so best change your important ones now such as bank etc. Im gonna stop using my plusnet service once I have switched all my contacts to a new proton mail service, which I seem to recall we can also use via outlook but its been a while.

Both mail accounts refusing POP3 connection since last night for me. Fortunately only used for spam from Plus and notices from this forum.

While receiving emails is working, sadly sending to gmail addresses does not work. Emails appear to send, with no error messages, but do not arrive.
