IMAP Emails not downloading inbox
Hello, i have recently upgraded my computer to Windows 11 and i have O365, i have been through the online guides and added all the correct settings to Outlook to download my emails but they never arrive. As part of the process to add the emails it has sent the 'test' emails which i receive on my phone and old computer but the inbox on the new computer remains empty. The only other folders that have anything in them are Trash and Sent Messages.
I am using imap.plus.net and relay.plus.net for the servers and port 993 and 587 for incoming and outgoing servers, which must be working to allow me to connect and send the test message, however no messages in the inbox are downloaded despite there being emails for the past few days.
Please can you help.

Hi Townman, thanks for coming back to me. I did try that before I posted on here and I have tried it again this morning and the Inbox is still empty on the new computer. It seems to just ignore everything in that folder.
