I am having problems with Greenby

Judging by the facts that they got my email working, but haven't managed to get me able to log in to their website, I think they are a bit of a mix.

I will try them again on Monday - I doubt they work much on a Saturday. I have asked them if they could tell me just which email I need to log on, and I have given them a few examples of what it might be, they dont seem to be making much progress. I would have thought they would be able to search for which account uses one of my email addresses, or failing that give me a better idea of what my sign on email would be even if they just wrote "it woul;d like something like this" and replace my name from it with something that was a clue.

Anyway, thankyou for your help (and to the others that have joined in).

The pdf you attached of your logon page I think shows you are trying to login to the Greenby internal support site - not the user portal!

Try https://greenby.com 

Make sure you select the correct provider.

Hello @mavison . I had tried that yesterday, and I tried various other things too but all failed. I'm wondering if all my failed attempts resulted in me being locked out of my Greenby account. I guess that lockout cleared over night because I tried your method (and others who suggested the same thing) just now and I got in. Hooray!!

To be fair (it wasn't his fault it wouldn't work for me), because jab1 was the first to suggest using "greenby.com", I have ticked the "This solved my problem" on his response.

That's weird. I have been using Greenby webmail since early this year, plus logging in to the Greenby account website and I have never seen a login page like that before now!

I note it says "Greenby" and "Support portal" - so not the usual Greenby account site? How is it related to these Greenby pages?

@pvmb I'm guessing - because I never have - that @penneck clicked the bottom button on the Greenby portal page, which says 'Support'.

I found the support site by doing a google search for greenby then following links to greenby - login.

Just shows that using google can lead you astray!
