How to find out if my email has been migrated?

Is there some way I can find out if my globalnet email has been migrated to greenby yet?
I haven't had any notification saying that it has, but I seem to not be receiving several emails that I should be getting and weirdly the amount of spam I normally get is way down. That makes me suspicious that it might have already been migrated and there are spam filters at work somewhere outside my control? I deliberately don't have filters on my globalnet email because there are way too many false positives leading to loss of important messages. Is there somewhere I can find out the status of the email migration? I can't login to the Greenby site with my globalnet account.
(Also I'm quite annoyed that I have to pay to keep my globalnet email now!)

mail.globalnet.co.uk has IPs 212.159.9.234 & 212.159.8.234 which are Plusnet IPs.
So think not migrated.
Greenby email servers begin 91.xxx.xxx.xxx

I have a globalnet email address. My plusnet email address has been migrated but not the globalnet one.
I managed to make contact with Greenby support at the end of January and this was the reply,
Hi Robin,
Thank you for contacting support.
Please note that we have not yet migrated Globalnet domain emails. Hence, if you have any issues with the Globalnet emails, this is something you will need to check with the current provider.

I again contacted them at the end of March to see if there was a dte yet and received this reply.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide you with an exact ETA at the moment. A notification will be sent when the migration is scheduled.

Thanks for the info. Ugh. Looks like it must be Plusnet who are resposible for unwanted filtering my email all of a sudden. All the different hands Globalnet has been through and I don't think there was ever even one little problem until Plusnet took over. I don't think I even noticed the change of owner most times!
