How do I contact Support

I meet to get my old globalnet password reset. The online link sends an email only to my unreachable mail inbox. The phone number just cuts me off if I don't have a PN phone or a broadband issue. The X messaging is ignored. I need a phone number to speak to someone or at least a message . .Not the standard 0330 ..123 , as it's useless. I can't do it online.
I'm desperate and getting annoyed. It's been a week.

So, tell the automated system lies... So pretend you DO have a broadband issue. Eventually, a human will talk to you

This is exactly what I had to do to speak to someone about an email issue.
