How do I change my (ISP-end) spam settings?

Somebody redesigned the webpage.  I have looked everywhere, but cannot find how to change my (ISP-end) spam settings.  I've been there hundreds of times before!  This is driving me nuts!

I've just signed up to something, and I'm not getting their confirmation email, so I need to turn all filtering off for a bit to guarantee it gets through.

Hi,

From the members centre home page navigate to Manage Account, scroll to the bottom of the page and you should see "Manage my Plusnet mailboxes"

Odd, I didn't see that link down there.  I'm sure it used to be on the right, called email.

Ouch, I had to find this again!  What an unintuitive webpage!  Why hide a very important setting underneath all the stuff we subconsciously ignore like referrals?
