In the last few days, hotmail is rejecting all emails that I send to hotmail addresses. Reason is as below. (I've masked recipient and sender details.)
Below is hotmail's rejection text. The help link that is suggested is no help at all. It implies that I'm sending 5,000+ emails (?!) and that I can fix this in Outlook. I am sending single emails, generally replying to the correspondent, and am using the Mail application on a Mac.
This seems to me to be an issue a long way upstream of anything I can even begin to handle myself. Who should be fixing this? Any suggestions?
