I have both a freenetname email with Plusnet and a web space set up over 20 years ago. I gather these services are being migrated to Greenby. But i have had no notification of that and heard nothing from either plusnet or Greenby. If they contacted me would that be via the freenetname email address or my Gmail one which i mostly use. Are they still migrating accounts?

If you have webspace, you will not have been migrated, and you will lose that along with your email. Yes, they are still migrating.

As I understand things email migrations are still ongoing but web space migrations haven't started yet.
If this is the case you'd lose your web space if you move.

I think you're confusing webspace with domain hosting. Accounts with webspace (www.<account>.plus.com) have been migrated. Its accounts with hosted domains e.g mydomain.co.uk that haven't started yet.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Err... I have legacy standard webspace on http://www.[myAccountName].plus.com and I've not been migrated.
Mind you, I also have legacy hosting (CGI) on http://ccgi.[myAccountName].plus.com/ but it does not, and never has, hosted a domain name. Presumably it's because of this that I've not yet been migrated?

@stuck sorry if I wasnt clear.
What I meant was that there are some accounts with webspace that have been migrated not that all have.
I have webspace ( and cgi ) and I haven't been migrated either.
I dont think the presence of cgi is significant, IIRC I've seen reports of migrated accounts with cgi...
