For the past six days my email service from Greenby has ground to halt and I am not getting ANY emails re able to send any from either of my two Plusnet addresses or my iCloud address. I have raised a ticket but the support his hopeless and I am right up [-Censored-] creek without a paddle.
I rang Plusnet but all they could do is shrug their shoulders and repeat ‘not our problems, mate’. Anyone else here suffering form Greenby’s uselessness. And WHAT can I do? Yes, I can send emails from a new Gmail account but I NEED ALL the emails sent to my Plusnet addresses!

From the https://greenby.com/ web portal make sure the two email accounts have not run out of storage space.
Then access each mail box using the "VIEW WEBMAIL" option and confirm the new emails have been delivered to the Inbox and are not being diverted to a server side spam folder by the Greenby spam filter.
