Greenby move update

Hi, along with a lot of people posting on this forum I received an migration starts 6-9-26 email. Nothing so far seems to have happened. I have tried logging in to the Greenby login page but it does not recognise my login so presumably the migration has not started. 

When will it start as my contract with Plusnet is up for renewal November this year?

I am considering staying with Plusnet as I have not had any broadband problems, but if I renew before migration will my email, mailboxes, webspace and domain still carry on after renewal until migration has been completed.

They are imminent, and a batch is due to go through today. If it's not done today, I'd expect over the next couple of weeks.

Hi, Just checked and migration has not been started for my email, but I have just received today Friday 18th an email from plusnet stating that my broadband service will be transferred to EE in the next 30 days.

 My contract runs out at the end of November, so a bit early I think!

I am happy to stay with plusnet as I don't use home phone but if I renew with plusnet in the next few days before the email migration happens will that stop my email service or will it continue until migration happens?

Can anybody tell me when my migration will actually take place?

If you renew with Plusnet, then your email will continue and will (eventually) migrate to Greenby.

If you allow the transfer to EE to happen and your email hasn't migrated, then it will be lost.

So if you don't need the phone, then call Plusnet and renew on a broadband only service.
