Initially Outlook on my laptop wouldn't work and the suggested solution was to clear the local Outlook state.
I did this and reinstated my mailboxes only to see a large amount of emails being filtered into junk (don't have that folder on Gmail on my tablet so hadn't noticed).
Thought I would log on to Greenby to check spam filters and ensure legitimate emails got through but cannot get past 2FA as it rejects the code. Other services using 2FA are fine and the codes work so it doesn't seem to be a problem my end.
Supposedly raised a ticket via their AI chat but no email confirmation received.
Not impressed by Greenby at all. Filtering legitimate emails is just unhelpful and the lack of support moreso.

Are you trying to login to your My Greenby account?
I seemed to recall having an issue with 2FA, I went through the "I don't know my login details" process, I then switch off MFA never to be enabled again!

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
