Greenby grace period when being migrated to plusnet for EE

I was under the impression (from somewhere on the forum) that there would be a 30 day grace period from the point of transfer. I have only 1 account using the plusnet email now, its only been a backup email account really so not planning on paying to keep Greenby.
Of course it would be the kennel club Petlog (for the chip) and its not a case of just changing the email on that account, it has to go through as a new account with the email and they transfer the info across (its amazingly ridiculous system) which is not a quick process. We have one pet in husbands name and one in mine (it was who was at the vet that day) you cant register as a couple in Petlog its one name and email only, though you can add additional emergency numbers to the account.. I manage both accounts but needed a separate email address for them, which is why its in use.
So worried about the timeline, (I have a May 19 engineer appointment) I rang plusnet today. The customer service rep has said that the first time I log in to Greenby after that date I'll get prompted to pay. So looks like there is no grace period, though staff arnt always necessarily correct.
Can anyone confirm this one way or the other?

If the email was associated with an active Plusnet broadband account when it transferred to Greenby then it will have been given a free 2yr subscription. That will remain even if the Plusnet account is subsequently closed.
If the email hasn't transferred to Greenby, then the email account will be lost immediately the Plusnet account is closed.

Still a bit confused here. Though I might not have helped the situation, with information given. During the migration process I have signed for a new contract with EE as full fibre now seems available here. It wasn't last week but openreach are busy in the area now.
So its looking like as I wont be linked to an active Plusnet service, the 30 day may apply?
Presumably anyone migrated to EE no longer has an active Plusnet account, so is everyone in the same boat ie 30 days.
Will I be charged for the new service?
We have arranged for this service to be free for two years after you have migrated (note: thats migrated to GReenby). This will be applicable for all current Plusnet Broadband customers whose email service is linked to an active Plusnet Broadband account. It will become chargeable after this point and Greenby will be in touch with more information on this. If you have any questions in the meantime please get in touch with Greenby.
If you're not a Plusnet Broadband customer, and don't have a broadband service linked to your Plusnet email address, you'll have a 30 day grace period to support the move to Greenby, thereafter it will be chargeable at £15 a year.

No. When you transfer to EE then your Plusnet account is closed and any email still with Plusnet is closed with it!
So if your email is hasn't migrated to Greenby, then there is now no email account to migrate!!
Edit, @njay beat me to it

No. You would have been given 2 yrs free from December when you migrated. You still have that 2 yrs free. So until Dec 2027

For extra peace of mind, the Greenby dashboard shows the exact dates for your account.
Select Billing from the Menu/side panel, then the Services tab.
Mine (with 2 years free) says...
#xxxx Email - Connected 2GB - xxxx.f9.co.uk £12.5/year active Started 24/11/2025 Renewal 25/11/2027
(£12.50 + vat = £15)

I cant see the billing option. How do you get there from the email page.
Thats a bit disturbing. I can log in to the greenby webmail page showing all my emails and folders etc.
https://webmail.greenby.com/?_task=mail&_mbox=INBOX#
But cant log in at greenby.com with the same log in details?

@Spik3y Do you mean you can't log in here: https://greenby.com/ with your PN user name (only) and your account password?
